Established track racer Brenden “Butterbean” Queen snagged multiple wins last year. In May 2023, he won the Dale Earnhardt Jr-owned CARS Late Model Stock Tour event by more than a quarter of a second. He also won one of the biggest Late Model Stock Car races in the country, the Hampton Heat, with resounding glory. Now he is all set to start his new venture in the third tier of NASCAR.

Recently, Fox journalist Bob Pockrass shared an update regarding Queen’s status as a driver. He tweeted, “Brenden “Butterbean” Queen, who won the CARS late model stock race at North Wilkesboro last year, will make his truck debut driving for Tricon (the No. 1 truck) at North Wilkesboro in May.”

Brendan Queen will be taking the wheel of the No. 1 Toyota Tundra TRD. He joined a long list of racers who wielded this sweet ride before him, including Toni Breidinger, Colby Howard, William Sawalich, and Christopher Bell. Seth Smith, who has worked with all these people, will now give maximum effort to Brendan Queen.

TRICON Garage posted Queen’s brand new poster on X. Queen expressed his excitement about joining the team. “I have been dreaming of this since I started racing go karts at six years old. It’s an honor to have the opportunity to team up with TRICON and Toyota to make my Truck Series debut at the track that put my name on the map last year.”

TRICON’s other renowned driver, Toni Breidinger, has been teasing Queen’s entry.

Toni Breidinger broke records with TRICON last season as the highest-placing female debut driver in series history. She finished 15th at Kansas Speedway and also scored two top-20 finishes in three Truck Series starts. This year the Bay Area native is entering the ARCA Menards Series (AMS) Championship.
