If there is one color synonymous with Dodge, it has to be the sublime green or toxic waste green, as some would call it. Dodge fans know the color sublime green very well. It’s almost like what red is for Ferrari, or blue and yellow for Chase Elliott. Now, the iconic color scheme is coming back with Tony Stewart paying homage to it in the NHRA.
If one is to detach the image of Homer Simpson’s factory’s produce, the green just makes a Dodge stand out. It really is like the best color, but only for a challenger. Luckily for the fans, the sublime green is making a big comeback, and to celebrate that, TSR Nitro will run the color scheme on their dragster in the upcoming NHRA race.
Tony Stewart’s wife posted about the big news on her Instagram.

The next picture talked about everything dodge is doing to celebrate the return of Sublime Green.
“Sublime was first introduced during the 1970 model year. Dodge is using 2023 as an opportunity to pay homage to the muscle car pair with special models and the return of a rainbow of heritage colors, including “Sublime” green. All 2023 Dodge Charger and Challenger models will carry a special commemorative “Las Call” underhood plaque, making them a true collector’s vehicle.”
Safe to say, the fans were highly excited about this.
The big Tony Stewart news thrilled his fans
After Stewart’s wife, Leah Pruett, posted about the color, fans couldn’t hold back their excitement. Some of them said, “Oh hell yes! Can’t wait to see this in person!”, “Great concept and execution!”, and “In my opinion, that’s one of the best designs and colours ever!”
Furthermore, other fans added, “This car is going to look insane!!”, and “Now that’s a good looking car !!!”. Well, they sure aren’t wrong about that.
As Leah posted the same message on Twitter, several also reacted to the same.
