Recently, several NASCAR drivers participated in the Bristol Dirt Nationals. Among them were Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, Kyle Busch, Chris Buescher, Cole Custer, Austin Dillon, Joey Logano, and Corey LaJoie. Obviously, they are all eager to get as much dirt experience as possible to gain an advantage.
So far in the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, each race has had a different winner. So the big question on everyone’s minds is, will the trend continue on the Bristol dirt? Or will one of the past six race winners bag a second visit to Victory Lane? What about the Truck Series? Which driver will emerge triumphant in that race?
There are so many questions that need answering ahead of this historic race. It is also worth mentioning that the Cup and Truck drivers will use a special kind of tyre for this race weekend. These new tyre treads are said to help give the cars and trucks better traction on the dirt.
