Along with a new season, fans witness some new stories of contacts and revenge on the track. During Sunday’s Clash at the Coliseum, NASCAR drivers Bubba Wallace and Austin Dillon brought some fireworks to the first race of the 2023 Cup season.
With just 10 laps to go during the race, Bubba Wallace and Austin Dillon fought through a pack of cars to clinch a prime position in the race. However, things soon changed when Richard Childress Racing’s Austin Dillon spun Wallace out by making contact with the #23 Toyota’s rear end.

The impact of their contact sent Wallace into the wall, ending his chances at the checkered flag. And as anybody might guess, this upset the 23XI Racing driver tremendously.
Although Wallace did take his revenge on the track, his frustration with Dillon was clearly evident even after the race. In a post-race interview video posted by NASCAR, a close-up clip of Wallace pouting displays his annoyance perfectly.
How Austin Dillon made Bubba Wallace pout ‘like a baby’
During his after-race conversation with Fox Sports, they asked Austin Dillon about his contact with Bubba Wallace. Furthermore, the interviewer questioned if things got a bit wild for Dillon at the end of the race. To this, the RCR driver replied,
“Yeah, it did. And I hate it for Bubba. He had a good car and a good run. But you can’t tell who’s either pushing him or getting pushed. I just know he sent me through the corner and I saved it three times through there. Released the break, all kinds of stuff. And then when I got down, I was gonna give the same. Probably it was a little too hard.”
However, during the coverage of this explanation, a close-up view from Wallace’s car sent the fans into splits. Pointing out how the 23XI driver was pouting like a baby, a YouTube user wrote, “Bros Angy.” Whereas another commented, “I Loved the part when Wallace was pouting in his car like a Baby. Hahhaahhahahahahahahahahahahahahah.”
