You’d think NASCAR penalizing Bubba Wallace by suspending him for one race as a response to what he did against Kyle Larson in Vegas is an apt decision. However, there are some who disagree with that.
Obviously, its some fans of the 23XI Racing driver who made not only their disapproval of the suspension very clear, but then some even went on to call out NASCAR for their biased behavior.
To be more accurate, their biased behavior which supposedly favored Hendrick Motorsports.

Most of these reactions fell on the tweet of Freddie Kraft, the spotter of Bubba Wallace who himself couldn’t really wrap his head around the penalty.
“Unprecedented,” Kraft tweeted, under which the fans called out NASCAR.

Yes it is! They made a hero out of Dale Sr. for crashing people out of races. In the end Bubba will be a better racer for it though I think it was unfair. (When has NASCAR ever been fair?)

If NASCAR was going to suspend him, they also needed to suspend Gragson, Chastain, Byron, Hocevar, etc. In theory, I think a suspension is warranted but not when NASCAR has had no consistency this year with penalties. We need officiating reform for '23 onward.

NASCAR considers what Bubba Wallace did as “a dangerous act”
After announcing the suspension penalty for Bubba Wallace, NASCAR’s in charge of competition, Steve O’Donnell, explained what they thought of the incident on track which led them to the decision they eventually made.
“When we look at how that incident occurred, in our minds, (it was) really a dangerous act that we thought was intentional and put other competitors at risk,” O’Donnell said.

Wallace’s own team also understood their driver’s actions and the suspension which stemmed from them. They described in their statement how 23XI is “aligned” with NASCAR’s decision to park their driver at Homestead.
“Bubba’s actions are not in keeping with the values of our team and partners. We have spoken to Bubba and expressed our disapproval of how he handled the situation,” their statement read.
