Without a doubt, Door Bumper Clear is the most popular and fastest-growing podcast show on NASCAR. Well, perhaps after Dale Earnhardt Jr’s, Dale Jr. Download. Nevertheless, for those unaware of the show, it’s basically three spotters reflecting on recent racing activity.
And for this week’s episode, a week that saw quite an eventful and controversial playoff race at Darlington, Bubba Wallace’s spotter Freddie Kraft teased the next guest.
“We got a playoff driver that finished top 5 last night,” he tweeted.

Kraft’s tweet sent the NASCAR fans in a wild guessing flurry as they tried to come up with the name of the driver who’d be the next guest. Since the bracket was of a top-five finishing driver, it was between Erik Jones, Denny Hamlin, Tyler Reddick, Christopher Bell, and Joey Logano.
Gotta be Reddick or Bell.

However, Jason Schultz, another part of the DBC crew seemingly gave the answer away as he posted a hilarious picture of the guest in disguise with the caption, “800 ReTweets and I’ll show up with a mustache like one of our *potential* Door Bumper Clear guests tomorrow.”

Griffin had recently applauded Tyler Reddick
Brett Griffin, who won’t be a part of this week’s DBC episode, had spoken highly of Tyler Reddick.
The Richard Childress Racing driver helped his teammate not only win at Daytona but qualify for the playoffs too amidst rumors of his clash with his boss thanks to his future move to 23XI Racing.
“Reddick stayed very loyal to him [Austin Dillon]. Hopefully, that helps him and Richard become a little more kosher. He does not win that race without Tyler Reddick,” he said.
Griffin then went on to touch on the rumors regarding Kyle Busch’s future as he made a sensational claim – “There’s a lot of rumors that Richard Childress is aggressively pursuing Kyle Busch.”

The spotter emphasized that should that happen, Busch would be considered for the #8 car.
“It’ll be curious to see if things get better between Richard and Tyler,” he added. “I don’t think Tyler has got a problem.”
