Yet another race, yet another incident that has the words ‘Ross Chastain’ and ‘wreck’ in the same sentence. This time around, the track was Richmond, and on the other end, another Joe Gibbs Racing driver, Kyle Busch.

Shortly after the Stage 3 restart in the race, the #1 made contact with the left rear quarter panel of the #18, ending up spinning him around, with Erik Jones receiving some heavy collateral damage in the thick of things.

However, NASCAR spotter for Bubba Wallace, Freddie Kraft didn’t think it was Chastain who was to be blamed for what happened in Richmond.

“I still don’t think it was his fault at Richmond. I mean, it was still a ‘Ross Chastain don’t give a f**k tour,'” he said.

“Ross Crashtain needs to stop,” fellow spotter Brett Griffin chimed in.

What did Kyle Busch say about Ross Chastain?

As you would expect from Kyle Busch, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver wasn’t happy with Ross Chastain’s actions that deterred his race when it did. Rowdy kept it pretty straight and blunt in his post-race comments speaking about the Trackhouse Racing driver.

“We were looking OK and in a good spot just coming up through there, working our way methodically through the field with our M&M’s Toyota Camry, and we got Chastain’d this week,” he said.

“We were his victim this week, and then that didn’t hurt us too bad.”

Regardless of whether or not it was Chastain’s fault in Richmond, the driver who is inarguably the public enemy #1 in NASCAR currently, needs to be very cautious about who he touches from this point on.

He is in the playoffs, he already has a big bounty on his head.
