For proud Toyota partners, 23XI Racing and Bubba Wallace 2023 certainly were splendid years. While the driver made his bosses, Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin, proud by making it past the regular season for the very first time in his career, the team had both of its drivers make it into the playoffs.

Even though a win eluded the #23 driver and his crew, his strategy to smoothly sneak into the post-regular season solely on point paid off as he edged out the 2020 Cup Series champion, Chase Elliott, on points to be the 16th driver for the final rounds. He finished the tournament 10th in the rankings with a pole and 5 top-5 finishes, assuring his team and bosses a new ray of hope. A great season for him! Now coming to the off-season, Amanda Wallace, the better half of the driver, recently shared a wholesome social media story that took the community by storm by sharing a short clip of the couple’s furbaby, tagging the driver with a quirky caption.

Road trips become remarkable when one has a great company. Imagine taking your pet on a road trip with your loved one. Well, Bubba and Amanda Wallace made this a reality when they took their canine companion on a trip. Locked for Knoxville, the couple had their furbaby, Asher, a mini Aussie doodle, along the journey in their RV.

Mrs. Wallace shared their baby’s cuteness with a wholesome Instagram story captioned, “It’s Asher’s world” as the furry friend looked at his pet dad and mom, patiently waiting for the couple in the RV, perched on the dashboard while they took a brief intermission from the long driver. The 30-year-old driver also reposted the story where he revealed their final destination, Knoxville.

The Alabama native, like most of us, is an ardent music fan, sharing his love for country, blues, and jazz music on his social media, making his likes known to his online buddies. Wallace, in fact, loves to headbang while he listens to some great metal bands. The driver even owns a drum kit that he occasionally plays to get his dose of a dopamine rush, to get that oomph.

As depicted in his Netflix documentary, “Race: Bubba Wallace,” which won the Sports Emmy Award, Wallace revealed he has an affinity for heavy metal music. And so does his wife. While her taste is a bit on the mysterious side, she also shares a similar passion, as Wallace in an earlier Instagram story shared his wife head-banging to a local band based out of Texas called “Invent Animate.”

His 2023 campaign had great success with both him and his teammate making it past the regular season. The driver is taking his time off the track with his family as he should so that he can get back on his game stronger and sharper.
