A huge part of the brand of Bubba Wallace as well as his role in NASCAR is as much, if not more, about what he does off track compared to what he does on it. Wallace has been a big advocate for bringing new talent into the sport and the sport itself becoming more inclusive to those who haven’t had opportunities to pursue a career in it historically.
One such way in which the 23XI Racing driver is ensuring new talent comes into the sport is with his partnership with Dr.Pepper and a special program that allows students to have a chance to pursue a career in NASCAR.

In a recent conversation with WNBA champion, Renee Montgomery, Wallace was asked by the host about the program with his $50 Billion and why he chose to be a part of it.
“We got 23 students, we’re gonna give $5,000 scholarships to them and get them a chance to join our world, our crazy world, our hectic world of motorsports and get the exposure levels,” Wallace responded.
“Maybe try something that maybe you never see yourself doing whether that’s front office, whether that’s mechanics, travel side of things, the finance side of things, whatever.”
