In a recent interview, Bubba Wallace stated, “First, I don’t believe we should’ve been in this position. I feel like the speed that we’ve had over some of the races that we’ve called throughout the year. We should be, if not have been, in victory lane already, but you know, competing with Blaney and Truex for the point battle. I feel like our speed has been great all year, just the execution has not been there.”

Wallace added, “And so, you know, for us, we don’t change a thing here. We’ll survive this weekend, hope it rains like hell, but then go to Daytona and just do our best there.”
