23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace has enjoyed a fairly decent first season with his team. This culminated in his maiden Cup Series win, and on home soil. In the wake of his triumph, the African-American driver’s value would have sky-rocketed. As per reports, Wallace has a net worth of $3 million. This makes him the most successful African-American driver, since Wendell Scott.
The driver made his Cup Series debut in 2017 for Richard Petty Motorsports in the #43 car. In his first full-time race, he finished 2nd at the Daytona 500, behind Austin Dillon. Since then, he has only had a handful of Top 5 finishes, namely at Indianapolis and Daytona. When he joined 23XI Racing in 2021, he had best finishes of 5th at Pocono and 2nd at Daytona before the Talladega win.

It is also worth mentioning that the 28-year-old is hugely marketable. To be precise, he is the brand ambassador for Beats by Dre, DoorDash, Dr. Pepper, McDonald’s, Root Insurance and Columbia Sportswear. In addition to that, he helped found the “Live to be Different” foundation.
In terms of driver salary, Bubba Wallace reportedly makes around $2.2 million with his 23XI Racing contract. Per month, he is earning around $460,000, placing him 31st position in the list of top earners in NASCAR. This time around, he is not alone, as the team expands to a second car, with Kurt Busch behind the wheel. The 2004 Cup Series champion will certainly bring a wealth of experience to the table. Additionally, Bubba Wallace can learn a lot from the veteran driver. Together, the two of them could also potentially bring the 23XI Racing team much success in the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series.
