At the All-Star Open, Bubba Wallace and Michael McDowell got into in an incident that ended Bubba’s hopes of qualifying for the NASCAR All-Star race. After the race, Bubba wasn’t happy and made some steamy statements blaming McDowell for the incident.

However, Bubba was still upset with the Front Row Motorsports driver and dropped his broken bumper of the number 43 car at McDowell’s garage. The bumper was broken in the incident between the two drivers.

After that, the Front Row Motorsports and Michael McDowell said that they will put Bubba’s gift up for auction. Front Row Motorsports is partnering with ‘The NASCAR Foundation’ to auction the broken number 43 bumper. The auction will raise money for ‘Motor Racing Outreach‘. Place your bids here.

FRM team released a statement announcing the details of the auction. In the statement, McDowell said, “Everyone has an opinion of what happened. I have my side of things, Bubba has his and all of the fans have theirs, too.

Additionally, he said, “It’s one of the reasons NASCAR wanted to go to Bristol for the All-Star Race. We created the excitement and now fans can make a difference and own a piece of history.”

After the FRM team’s announcement, McDowell posted a tweet thanking Wallace and urging people to take part in the auction. He wrote, Thank you @BubbaWallace for the gift. Hopefully, we can raise a lot of money for @FollowMRO. They are a CHRISTIAN ministry that has loved and served our @NASCAR community for over 30 years”

Soon after, Bubba acted like the sport he is and retweeted McDowell’s tweet, extending his support for the cause. He wrote, When life gives you lemons, auction them off and raise money for @FollowMRO. May not agree to what happened on track, but we can agree on a positive outcome from the situation.”
