The 23XI Racing stars are back up to speed on NASCAR’s Cup racetracks. Bubba Wallace lingered way below the playoff cutline, but with his stellar Indianapolis run, the No. 23 driver is only seven points away. And no amount of appreciation would be enough for Tyler Reddick – he secured his third runner-up finish last weekend, proving to be a dangerous threat to his rivals.
Now Reddick can focus wholeheartedly on a personal life milestone. After dating Alexa DeLeon for several years, the couple’s D-Day is finally here. They popped the much-coveted question to each other at a church aisle, and now Reddick’s compatriots are elated!

The love story has continued for a long time – social health worker Alexa DeLeon was rumored to have met Reddick sometime around 2012. Then her presence picked up pace around 2015, and she has been a source of emotional support for Reddick’s high-octane pursuits ever since. Finally, the couple can call each other husband and wife, joining the long list of NASCAR married couples.
Tyler Reddick dressed in his finest tuxedo and beamed at the grand wedding. Team owner Denny Hamlin and teammate Bubba Wallace were there to accompany him. All wearing handsome tuxedos, all three Cup Series drivers smiled joyously at the camera like three musketeers. Hamlin posted the dapper picture on Instagram, with the caption: “Congrats Tyler!” However, he himself is still waiting for his turn to tie the knot.

Bubba Wallace already walked the aisle last year, and after his solid Indianapolis finish, he diverted his energy to celebrating his teammate’s wedding. He poured his love into the comments section: “Welcome to the married life @tyler_reddick” FOX broadcaster and pit lane reporter Jamie Little also congratulated the lucky guy: “Love to see this! Congrats Tyler!”
Tyler Reddick’s achievements are not unknown. He scored his fifth Cup Series win at Talladega Superspeedway this year. Besides that, his runs showcased lavish speed – Reddick has already fetched eight top-five finishes this season. His better half is also no stranger to esteemed accomplishments. DeLeon works with West Kent, a group that offers free mental health support to young people. Her philanthropic activities are also remarkable – she founded Sembration Opita, an environmental non-profit organization. It helps the Dominican community through a dynamic commitment to reforestation and environmental education. The foundation has helped plant more than 700 trees.
So they are indeed a power couple, showcasing immense prowess in terms of successful careers. Tyler Reddick and Alexa DeLeon also share some unique stories. One involves coming to an agreement about their child’s name.

In 2019, Tyler Reddick was competing for Richard Childress Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. And his run was stellar – he clinched six trophies, 24 top-fives and 27 top-tens. And the current JGR driver could effectively use his racing success off-track as well. That year, Reddick and Alexa were expecting the birth of their first child. They locked horns over one pressing issue – what to name their child. Alexa wanted to go for ‘Ryker’, but Reddick did not like it.
Then DeLeon offered Reddick a deal: “Listen, you win this championship, you can name him whatever you want, but I don’t want you calling him anything until you are in victory lane holding up that championship trophy in Miami.” And that provided Reddick with a powerful motivation to defend his 2018 Xfinity title.

He clinched the trophy, earned a ride for a full-time Cup career with RCR in 2020, and got to name his baby. ‘Baby Beau’ was introduced as the name of the power couple’s son. Reddick recalled this year how that deal with DeLeon convinced him to clinch the championship trophy. “There was no way I’m gonna lose this championship. And that’s what put me over the edge.”
Now Tyler Reddick and his happy family can rejoice in an important milestone. His much-awaited marriage may give him a boost to clinch this year’s Cup championship, who knows?
