Hamlin has been dating Jordan Fish for 16 years already and has two beautiful daughters. You would think they ought to tie the knot by now, right? That is exactly what Bubba Wallace, Hamlin’s driver for 23XI Racing, brought up recently.

After Wallace’s teammate Tyler Reddick walked down the church aisle, celebrations were in full swing in the 23XI fold. Coupled with the holiday spirit given NASCAR’s two-week break, thoughts are far from the racetrack. So Wallace is all up for bringing up the elephant in the room of Denny Hamlin’s love life.

Life is good for Bubba Wallace at present. Besides his comfortable footing in the Cup Series season, his family life is blooming as well. Wallace and his wife Amanda Carter got married last year and are already expecting their firstborn. “Spring has sprung,” the couple captioned their Instagram post. Now Tyler Reddick has also helped the spring flowers bloom and joined the NASCAR marriage bandwagon. Only their boss, Denny Hamlin, is left in 23XI Racing.

And Bubba Wallace is keeping no secret of his curiosity. He posted a regal photo of himself and his wife Amanda sporting a gorgeous baby bump at Reddick’s wedding. The power couple were dressed all in black, and the No. 23 driver commemorated their snazzy look with a classic James Bond dialogue: “The name’s Wallace…🕺💃” Then Bubba “Bond” Wallace congratulated his 23XI bud while firing a sharp question at boss Denny Hamlin: “Welcome to the married life @TylerReddick🤝. When’s the wedding @dennyhamlin?🤵‍♂️”

Love is in the air, as it seems. Denny Hamlin also seems slated to fall into the marriage bandwagon soon. He and Jordan Fish announced their engagement early this year, which officially ended the rough patch they endured in 2021. However, the two have yet to walk the aisle together. A lot of events happened in the meantime – Hamlin won three Cup races this season and his daughter adopted an adorable puppy. But the wedding bells are yet to ring.

However, his team’s success may finally propel Denny Hamlin to a married life soon, as Bubba Wallace is in a better place right now.

A few weeks ago, Bubba Wallace was wallowing in misery. Being over 20 points below the cutline, he got slapped with a hefty $50,000 penalty after door-slamming Alex Bowman. Yet the No. 23 team worked diligently to ameliorate their position. And the results were visible – Wallace notched a fifth-place finish in the Brickyard 400, besides owning a stage win. Currently, he sits just 7 points below Ross Chastain, the last driver in the non-winners playoff category. With Wallace’s footing and Tyler Reddick’s strong runs, Denny Hamlin may be able to relax and think about his marriage plans.

Wallace also admitted to the better place he is in right now. He entered the two-week holiday with a satisfied heart, eager to participate in the wedding celebrations. “Have a big sigh of relief going into the Olympic break. Excited to watch that. A lot of exciting things going on during the break. Reddick getting married, we’ll be there for that. [Daniel] Suarez getting married. So, congrats to them. But yeah, it’s just nice to come out here with a smile, enjoy the two off weeks, get to go home and see my well-pregnant wife, give her a big hug, big baby boy a big hug. Just to have fun. That’s what I wanted to do last week and just continue that for the next 14 left. All about having fun.”

Evidently, a good mood is prevalent in the 23XI team fold right now. Maybe wedding bells will be ringing soon for Denny Hamlin, achieving the trifecta of romance in the team.
