NASCAR Xfinity Series is in Talladega Superspeedway for the ninth round of the 2022 season. All eyes will be in Alabama as Talladega is set to host two days of exciting racing. As the qualifications have just concluded, Ryan Vargas of the Xfinity series qualified in 7th position and got congratulated by fellow racer Brandon Brown.

He took to Twitter to share his warm wishes for the young Vargas as he wrote, “Congratulations man, hell of a lap!” To which Ryan replied, “Thanks man, lets have a good one tomorrow!”

Ryan posted on his official Twitter handle about his Talladega achievement this week. The JR Motorsports driver conveyed, “This team just qualified 7th at TALLADEGA! Proud of this team. Honored to be a part of this JD Motorsports Organization. Kase, Bird, Gabe, Spud, and Dave from Green Bay (not pictured), y’all are awesome, thank you for sticking after it this season!”

Where do Brandon Brown and Ryan Vargas stand in Talladega tomorrow?
A brilliant lap of 52.713 saw the JR Motorsports driver fetch himself the 7th position. Meanwhile, Brown could only manage 52.988 on the timesheet. The gap to the pole-sitter put him in 15th position to start in tomorrow’s race.

Jeffrey Earnhardt pulled off a brilliant lap time to claim the surprising pole. Meanwhile, Championship leader AJ Allmendinger starts from 13th place. As for Brandon Brown, he’s in 14th place in the driver’s championship with 174 points with two top-10s.

Talking about Ryan, he’s in 27th place in the standings with just 79 points. As the NASCAR Xfinity series goes racing on Sunday, it’ll be interesting to see if both Brandon Brown and Ryan Vargas can make amends. Can they make Talladega race a race for them to remember? We’ll know in due time.
