Back when Danica Patrick was still racing, the animated sitcom series South Park came out with a NASCAR-themed episode. In this episode, she was featured in her #7 JR Motorsports Xfinity car. In the eighth episode of the 14th season in 2010, the character Cartman was playing the role of an aspiring NASCAR driver. However, his race witnessed him consistently wrecking other drivers, and one of them was Patrick herself.

During the race weekend at the Auto Club Speedway, she was asked about her reaction to the episode. Patrick said, “I was trying like, heck! I was at a photo shoot all day yesterday. That was when all the news came in about being in a South Park episode. I was trying to watch it last night on the way to the track on my iPad. It wasn’t working out, I still haven’t seen the full version of it. I’ve just seen a little clip, something about being ‘poor and stupid’ was the theme of the episode. I think that anytime someone takes the time to make fun of you, it’s a compliment.”

What else did Danica Patrick say about the South Park episode?
Danica Patrick also spoke to several of her contemporaries and they all found the episode hilarious. According to her and her competitors, nobody was really offended by the episode. Instead, they were all glad that they made history with the South Park portrayal.
She also admitted that she will make a small cameo on the Simpsons later that year. Patrick also revealed that she earned a special mention on Hannah Montana, so it was a pretty big year for her. Although her NASCAR career was a bit average, it is worth mentioning that she does have one IndyCar win to her credit.
