As shared by Sports Business Journal reporter Adam Stern, the product release of the plush dolls by HMS was possible with a new license deal with Orange Onions. A unique toy manufacturing organization, Orange Onions is known for its high-quality classic toys presented with a modern twist.

Prior to this year, Dale Earnhardt Jr’s JR Motorsports was responsible for handling HMS’ licensing business. However, this year, Hendrick Motorsports brought the rights back and started offering the plush dolls in-house.

Apart from this fans can purchase several other merchandise, including the Hendrick Motorsports Checkered Teddy Bear Plush Toy, driver T-Shirts as well as charter diecasts.

Some others also commended the team for their new merchandise production. A fan wrote, “I’m not sure any other team could pull this off but this somehow makes a lot of sense.”  Whereas another one wrote, “Aren’t they beautiful! Toy of the year?@orangeonions #orangeonions”

Some other Twitter users discussed the probable uses of the doll. One said, “Im sure this will go very well when a hendrick driver pisses another driver’s fanbase off.” While another one joked, “God f**k I feel sorry for the places that elliot plush will be in.”
