It is time for NASCAR to join hands with Hollywood once again. Actor-turned-driver Frankie Muniz debuted in motorsport in 2021. And his superior performance cast doubts over whether he was burning rubber for the first time. Now, it looks like his army of fans is once again rooting for the Malcolm in the Middle star as Muniz takes the wheel for another exciting venture.

After months of teasing fans, Frankie Muniz turned his NASCAR dreams into reality this year in February. But unlucky for his debut, he could not salvage much luck, as back-to-back DNFs hampered his Xfinity run. Now Muniz is back for another run, this time in NASCAR’s third tier, he is zipping up his firesuit to represent the banner of a Craftsman Truck Series team.

Reaume Brothers Racing is all set to rope in Frankie Muniz for select NASCAR runs. And, the Hollywood star is thrilled to burn some rubber in his NASCAR Craftsman Truck debut with the No. 22 Ford and wield it to Nashville, Bristol, and Kansas. A Michigan ARCA race will also witness Agent Cody Banks throttling his way up the tracks.

This definitely puts an end to Frankie Muniz’s teasing tactics. For example, In February he offered a warm-up to his Daytona outing, tagging Cole Custer and Ford in an X post. Now, Reaume Brothers Racing posted an intriguing video – two RBR employees look on as somebody famous walks past. The face is obscure. But the video reveals Malcolm in the Middle reference as the person stands between two guys in the garage.

Frankie Muniz bubbled with excitement about his new motorsport venture. “Being able to align myself with a program that is growing rapidly will only further elevate my performance behind the wheel. This year being a continued year of development in my career, it feels reassuring to partner with a program quickly developing to be a race-winning and championship-contending organization. I’m prepared to take on Nashville in the No. 22 Ford F-150!”

Dabbling in movies, music, real estate, and racing, Frankie Muniz is a pillar of versatility. Hence his stock car debut built up to stellar results, especially in the ARCA Menards Series. In 2023, the star posted 1 top-five and 11 top-ten finishes, topping off the season with fourth place in the final points standings.

Now may be the time for him to translate his ARCA success into top-tier NASCAR races after suffering DNFs in his first two outings with a crash at Daytona and a mechanical glitch in Phoenix. However, with the Reaume Brothers’ help and his fans’ blessing, Muniz will look up to scale great heights.

As Frankie Muniz thrives on playing with his fans’ expectations, the recent update is making some jaws drop. He drums up anticipation in creative ways, as in the Reaume Brothers Racing video. Although the face was obscure, one fan was quick to identify the little hint at the end: “nice touch putting Malcolm in the Middle 🤣” Another fan chimed in, hilariously referring to his blockbuster TV show. “Just keep him out of the middle and he’ll do fine😹”

Other fans were simply excited to see their celebrity racer in new wheels. Somebody hyped up the new update, flooding their hopes for Frankie Muniz’s big break. “Yeeeeeeesssssss!! Stoked to see this. Thank you for giving him an opportunity, guys!” A pang of disappointment hit another fan as Ford has not been performing well this season. Still, they encouraged Muniz: “Soo excited! Been missing him! Even though he drives a ford! 😟 😢 😭 😥 but he can be my 1 exception!”

Then Muniz prompted some curious responses from his motorsport peers. Brad Perez, a pit crew member and part-time Xfinity driver blandly commented, “Bruh”. But Josh Bilicki, another Xfinity part-timer who traded paint with Muniz at Daytona, seemed way more excited. He wrote, “Gooood good.”
