Dale Earnhardt Jr is anything but extravagant in the way he lives. Although the 15-time Most Popular Driver of NASCAR exhibits a net worth of $300 million, his life is one of austerity. But he is ingrained by the little things in life, and music is one of them.
While his NBC Sports colleague Kyle Petty is taking a trip down to Wyoming with his kids, Junior favors staying home and listening to some good old music. And on that note, wife Amy has unveiled the best way to keep her husband engaged during his offseason.

Most of the time, whether in the NBC booth or at the Bojangles, Junior is seen wearing a pair of gigantic headphones. Indeed, wearing huge headphones continuously tends to hurt one’s ears, and surely Junior is not an exception and prefers a good-quality speaker.
Amy is a great wife! She has discovered what keeps her husband happy. And that is a JBL speaker. With colorful lights on it. It appears like the JR Motorsports owner has been craving one of those for a long time now. Luckily, Amy Earnhardt got him his speaker as an early Christmas present.
Amy put a story on her Instagram saying, “And on the mindset of the holidays, sharing one of the items Dale said he wanted for Christmas. My man loves him a JBL speaker. Make it portable, add some lights & he’s excited.” The picture shows Dale Earnhardt Jr grooving to his favorite Spotify playlist, sitting next to his colorful JBL speaker—a spectacle indeed!
