There is no doubt that throughout the 2022 season, the 23XI driver improved with time. However, he faced some lows, especially after coming together with Kyle Larson at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. But that does not mean Wallace cannot improve in the next season.
He sure has shown a lot of potential to race near the top of the field, especially during the latter half of the season. There is a sense of hope that with next season, Wallace can capitalize on all that he has learned and put it to good use.

My prediction is that @BubbaWallace will make the @NASCAR cup series playoffs in 2023. Who knows he might win the championship as well but let’s get through winning next year‘s Daytona 500.#NASCAR #2023calendar #NASCAR2023 #Daytona500 #IStandWithBubba

Win into the Playoffs. Round of 8 at least. Maybe two wins. More consistent top 5’s and top 10’s.

Regardless of what goes on, if Wallace successfully cracks himself into the playoffs, it would be a significant achievement for him. All these years of hard work would eventually pay off. However, one thing to consider is that Wallace’s new teammate isn’t just going to sit there and watch him take off. Wallace’s new teammate, Tyler Reddick, has a good chance of outrunning him almost everywhere. In fact, the 2023 season might pan out to be a battle between the teammates to see who is able to get ahead of the field and score wins.
On the bright side, the addition of a new strong teammate should also boost Wallace’s spirits. If they work together in unison, there’s a good chance both could flourish in the next season equally. But only time can tell what will eventually go down.
