Last October, Chase Elliott joined hands with one of NASCAR’s long-time sponsors Hooters. Together, they announced the launch of Elliott’s new virtual restaurant, ‘Chase Elliott’s Chicken Tenders’. Interestingly, the concept of virtual restaurants has come into NASCAR post the Covid-19 pandemic.

Elliott wasted no time in pouncing upon the opportunity as he came forward with this idea. Speaking ahead of the launch of his virtual restaurant, the Hendrick Motorsports star said, “I’m excited to launch a menu that fuels fans’ love for delicious Hooters chicken, starters and sides.
“I have the best fans in the world. So I know they will enjoy trying this cool new concept and make an order for race day or during the week like I do.” Furthermore, Hooters also had its own strategy behind selecting the Georgia-born driver.

As reported by Forbes, Marc Butler, SVP, Strategic Planning/Off Premise for Hooters of America envisions having Chase Elliott as a big boost for the restaurant. He said, “Virtual concepts have been an important part of our off-premises growth strategy since 2019. Hooters is very well known for our great wings, but awareness is lower for other menu segments such as tenders, burgers and seafood.
“Incorporating Chase into this virtual concept will help us create greater awareness, attract a new audience and grow our business with racing aficionados who can share in food and fandom.”

Even Hooters CMO Bruce Skala spoke highly of Elliott as he considered him a pivotal figure in engaging with the fans.
Skala said, “As the most popular driver in racing today, Chase has a fantastic connection with our restaurant clientele no matter where they are ordering our famous foods, so it’s a natural we’d create a line extension together,”. Certainly, the restaurant has a strong potential to grow with Elliott as its face.
Where can one find Elliott’s famous Chicken Tenders restaurant?
While people can order it online for a delivery or a takeout, 196 0f Hooter’s 400 restaurants in America take orders for Chase Elliott’s Chicken Tenders. Amazingly, Elliott’s restaurant takes nationwide orders through DoorDash, Grubhub, and UberEats.

In fact, when the restaurant opened, Hooters declared a special incentive for many of the early customers ordering through DoorDash. At the end of 2022, Doordash was offering a 30% off deal up to $12 for people ordering for the first time using a specific code ‘NASCAR30’ back then.
