Bubba Wallace loves to be on a golf course. His love of the sport often gets professed in his social media feeds. However, this does not mean that he is skill-wise at par with professionals. This was evident from his recent conversation with former 2x WNBA champion, Renee Montgomery.

Appearing as a guest on the MoCo Insider podcast, Wallace talked about various things, including his affinity for golf. He talked about his experience on the course and aspirations to be paired alongside golf greats in an edition of The Match.

Bubba’s love for golf resonates with team owner Michael Jordan. The NBA legend has had a soft spot for the game for long. Renee Montgomery had some questions for the #23 Toyota Camry driver about his golf involvement. On being asked if he could envision himself on The Match, he answered, “I have to be a lot better to get previewed on The Match, that’s for sure. So I got a lot of work to do.”

He then revealed his schedule for golfing activities, saying, “I love golf. We have a group of, let’s say, that play, trying to get out once a week, if not once every other week, but it is fun.

“A buddy of mine he just built one. He built a Sim in his house, so we go over there and have some tournaments. So yeah, it’s a lot of fun.”
