Andy Murray disposed of the challenge of Kei Nishikori in fine style and entered the final clash to take on the top seed Novak Djokovic in the Montreal Masters.
Murray also toppled Roger Federer for the second spot in the ATP Rankings. Federer who decided to skip Montreal and is the defending champion at Cincinnati, has slipped to world number three.
“It’s nice to get back especially after everything I went through last year with the surgery and dropping out of the top 10.” Murray said.

The Scot demolished Ninja Kei 6-3, 6-0 while Djokovic got the better of Jeremy Chardy in 80 minutes. The Serb is now just a win away from his fifth ATP 1000 title this year.
“It was good to get a quick win like this,” said the world number one.
“I was glad to do it with two breaks. Jeremy played well, but I was totally concentrated and stayed in control of the baseline.

“I’m excited about reaching the final. All of these events are important and it would be great to win another final this season.”
In Women’s, the teenage sensation Belinda Bencic stunned Serena Williams to reach the final of Rogers Cup .
The Swiss girl beat the American 3-6, 7-5, 6-4 to hand Williams, her second defeat of the year.

Bencic will now face Simona Halep in the final, who beat Sara Errani 6-4, 6-4.
