In a recent interview, McGregor shared his thoughts on what had transpired at the event. He said, “Nothing happened last night. I’ll tell you what it is, I am free here in New York City. I am back in New York. I got to go to the Barclays Center again. I was just going to have a good time. That’s it, it’s all love. It’s all good man, come to the next fight and come watch me perform anytime. Everyone is more than welcome to come to my fights. I don’t even know the guy. I don’t know him. Who is he? He was supposed to be at the fights. Megan has been at the fights for years, so I know Megan. I don’t know the guy.”
