UFC welterweight veteran Nate Diaz recently posted a hilarious GIF on Twitter to mock former dual champion Conor McGregor’s broken leg. The Stockton native, who is in a Twitter spat with fellow fighter Dustin Poirier, found a bit of time to mock the Irishman in the middle of a verbal war with ‘The Diamond’.
The GIF posted by Diaz is a scene from the popular film, Scary Movie 2. This is a response to Conor’s recent tweet where he said he was enjoying the Twitter feud between Diaz and Poirier.

Conor snapped his leg in his third bout against Poirier at UFC 264. The Irishman subsequently lost the match via TKO (doctor stoppage) and ended up in the hospital a day later for surgery to repair his broken leg.
Both Diaz and Conor have a history of their own. They both competed in high octane clashes in 2016, where both won a match apiece. Those two matches feature in the all-time list of highest selling PPVs for UFC.
Coming back to Dustin vs Diaz, both were scheduled for a match at UFC 230 for a 3 round affair. But for some unknown reasons, Diaz pulled out from that fight. A frustrated Poirier then took to Twitter and cleared the air surrounding the match.
He wanted it he just couldn't come to terms with ufc. They offered us the main event at msg but he would only agree if it was on his terms. I was tired of playing games with the guy and that's when i decided to address a injury I had been dealing with. Now you all know#facts https://t.co/OU50fYP0pB

Nate Diaz vs Conor McGregor 3- is it possible?
Diaz and McGregor are two of the most popular stars coming out of UFC. As mentioned above, both collided in two UFC events in 2016. But can they meet for the third time?
Of course. If we look at their careers right now, both are out of title pictures in their respective divisions. Both have incurred losses in their previous fights and both are not getting younger by any stretch of imagination.

Diaz made a huge return at UFC 263 but fell against Leon Edwards, eventually. McGregor saw his all-important trilogy ending in a bitter loss against Dustin Poirier. The doctors have ruled him out for at least a year before he competes again. So, in this case, a trilogy with Diaz makes more sense than any other fight.

It’s a money fight and both can draw huge numbers for themselves and UFC. The fight also gives them a chance to claim bragging rights and, unlike the one with Poirier, McGregor would like to finish this on his terms.
Who do you see prevailing if they collide for the third time?
