According to White, the fight was quite competitive. He had it even going into the fifth round. And he felt Strickland had done enough to win the fifth so he scored it for the former champion. He stated, “I had it 2-2 going into the last round. I thought Strickland won the last round.” The same was posted on his Instagram story. In another Instagram story, he appears to be quite emotional with his girlfriend and states, “The headbutt, kind of f*cking sucked. But hey, life is good. Onto next, thank you everybody.”

It is intriguing to see how Strickland takes this loss and comes back again for a potential rematch. But for now, he does not seem to be in his best mood and thinks he has done enough to win the contest. However, let’s take a closer look at his head butt allegation.
A head-butting allegation by Strickland
According to Strickland, he was head-butted in the fight by the South African which made it hard for him to see. On. X revealed that was a paramount factor but he looks forward to what lies ahead of him. He stated, “ “Well f*ck haha… man that headbutt made it difficult to see but I thought we got the job done. Blood and all!!! Onto the next one!!! Thanks to everyone who supported me!!!!!!” However, the champion denies any such claims.
