WATCH:- Jarred Brooks Channels His Inner Eminem With a Diss Track Aimed at Hiroba Minowa

Ever since Jarred Brooks joined ONE Championship, he has been doing more than just fighting inside the circle. Akin to his last fight against Lito Adiwang, ‘The Monkey God’ couldn’t wait for the event and fired shots at his next opponent, Hiroba Minowa. Furthermore, this time, he did it in style.

The American athlete will clash against the fourth-ranked strawweight contender, Minowa, on January 28, at ONE: ONLY THE BRAVE. It appears that Brooks, as always, didn’t hold back while taking a dig at his opponent prior to their fight. 

‘The Monkey God’ recently channeled his inner Eminem and made a diss track aimed at Minowa. He shared the diss track on his official Instagram handle.

“Yeah…Hiroba, you know that it’s over. Explodin’, you’re a minnow-whhaat to a shark in the ocean. So quiet, do you even know promotion? Like a ghost, don’t wanna cause no commotion?”

“Cause you know if you make a sound in the open, I will come and attack your emotions. And in the cage I will snatch throats. You don’t really want no smoke.” 

“From the beat to the flow, Monkey God I snatch thrones. But it’s kinda hard to do, when you’re not really known.”

There is no doubt about Brooks being one of the best trash-talkers in ONE Championship. Furthermore, since inking a deal with the world’s largest MMA promotion late last year, ‘The Monkey God’ just took his showmanship game to another level. It only adds more to the intrigue of his fights.

Can Jarred Brooks become a ONE champion in 2022?

Even before making his promotional debut, Brooks made his intentions clear about facing top strawweight contenders and eventually challenge for the title. ‘The Monkey God’ remained true to his words as he spectacularly made his ONE debut, defeating an elite athlete in Lito Adiwang.

After that victory, Brooks currently sits at the #3 spot in the ONE strawweight rankings. If the American athlete defeats the fourth-ranked contender, Minowa, he will climb up even higher in the rankings.
