ONE Championship unveiled their latest athlete rankings, and there are noticeable movements in two weight classes.
In the atomweight division, ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix Championship finalist Stamp Fairtex gained a spot, moving up to #2. Stamp punched her ticket into the final of the promotion’s first-ever women’s Grand Prix Final with a memorable performance against Brazil’s superstar Julie Mezabarba at ONE: NEXTGEN on Friday, 29 October.

The Fairtex standout has made some progress in the women’s mixed martial arts division after claiming the ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Title and the ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Title when she first signed with ONE Championship.
Stamp, who was once the #5-ranked athlete in the category, had a memorable 2021, winning two of her three mixed martial arts fights this year. Her step up meant that “Arale Chan” Seo Hee Ham moved down to #3.

Her opponent in the final, Ritu “The Indian Tigress” Phogat, surprisingly did not gain a spot in the division. Despite her dominant performance against Team Lakay’s Jenelyn Olsim inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium at ONE: NEXT GEN, the Indian wrestling sensation maintained her ranking at #4.
Though she might not have moved up the ladder this time around, a sensational victory against Stamp in the final should see her ascend a couple of spots. The winner of the ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix Championship will take on “Unstoppable” Angela Lee for the ONE Atomweight World Title.

Although Grigorian is now the #1-ranked athlete in the division, he will still have to wait for a chance to challenge the newly crowned ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion Superbon due to the ongoing ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Championship.
He is one of the four men who advanced into the semifinal of the tournament. His opponent will be none other than longtime foe Chingiz “Chinga” Allazov. In the other semifinal bracket, Sitthichai “Killer Kid” faces off against Davit Kiria.
