One fan in attendance at the event was found creating trouble. He also nearly came to stumble on MMA legend, Josh Barnett as he was escorted out by security.

The Bellator 290 event was a memorable one, not just because of the farewell of Fedor Emelianenko, but also due to impressive wins by Ryan Bader and Johnny Elben on the main card. Other MMA legends also joined ‘The Last Emperor’ after his match with Bader ended. However, the highlight from a video of a drunk fan made the rounds on social media. The incident was recorded by a former UFC light Heavyweight Champion, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson.

After the security pinned him down, the drunk fan still persistently resisted his ejection from the arena. Moreover, as the fan resisted, he stumbled onto Josh Barnett, who was sitting at ringside. However, the security dragged him by his leg out of the arena. It was one of the most memorable moments of the event.

MMA fans react to the drunk guy at Bellator 290

MMA reporter Alex Behunin shared the video of the drunk fan at Bellator’s event. He wrote: “Josh Barnett was ready to end this mans life.” He referred to the instance when the drunk fan almost came in contact with Barnett, who was sitting with his wife. One fan claimed that ‘The Warmaster had nothing to do with the fan.

While another Twitter user understood what the MMA reporter meant. He noticed that Barnett was sitting with his wife, which could have prompted him to lay his hands on the fan if he’d tripped on his wife on his way out of the arena.

One fan claimed that an MMA event is the worst place to get drunk.

While there were some fans who hoped to see the fan getting handled by ‘The Warmaster’.
