The last time such a special feat took place in New York was back on 27th Sep 2009. It took 13 years since then to accomplish the miraculous feat. Though it all happened by a decree of fate.

The ongoing MLB season progressed more than halfway through. The regular season will soon be a wrap-up. Top teams from both leagues are qualifying one by one and registering for playoff spots. Whereas the NFL season is only gathering pace.?

A New York victory across MLB and NFL?

Usually, it’s big news in the MLB and NFL scene of New York when their local teams clash. But all four New York teams made big news without facing each other. The New York Yankees and the New York Mets of MLB, the New York Jets, and the New York Giants of the NFL were all victorious.

The Yankees won, defeating the Milwaukee Brewers by a 12-8 margin. While the Mets won, defeating the Pittsburgh Pirates by a 7-3 margin. The Jets won a thriller defeating the Cleveland Browns by a 31-30 margin. Whereas the Giants hold on to defeat the Carolina Panthers by a 19-16 margin. So, the New York fans celebrated the miraculous sporting day on social media, though mixed reactions flowed in.
