Derek Jeter once owned a massive mansion in the Davis Islands of Tampa Bay which he bought in 2005. His riverside mansion, which covered 30,000 square feet. It hosted seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, six garages, a gym, and a movie theatre. To say the least, it wasn’t solely a mansion, but a modern-day palace. In 2020, NFL star Tom Brady moved into this luxurious mansion and once complained about its wireless amenities.

Considering the fact that Jeter spent his entire playing career in New York and moved to Miami after retiring. And so, he and his family barely spent time in their Tampa house.
Tom Brady complains about Derek Jeter’s Tampa mansion
In April 2020, seven-time Superbowl Champion Tom Brady decided to end his 20-year-long affiliation with the New England Patriots and decided to move to Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After moving to Tampa Bay, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen rented out Derek Jeter’s luxurious riverside mansion.

However, a certain aspect of the house didn’t appeal to the Tampa Bay quarterback. After Tom Brady moved into Derek Jeter’s luxurious Tampa Mansion, he cracked a joke that displayed his disappointment with the wireless services in the house.
Despite the excessive luxury prevailing all over the house, Tom Brady cracks a joke about a major miss in the mansion. While talking about that in the SiriusXM interview with Howard Stern, Brady said, “got to upgrade the system here,” indicating that he needed to upgrade the wireless functionality of the house.
Brady’s introverted personality didn’t fit well in Derek Jeter’s luxurious mansion

Tom Brady talks about being an introvert, who likes his time to relax. But the Jeter mansion stood as a hub for boat stops and multiple guests. While talking about that, he said, “This is a little different because when you go out to the backyard, there’s a lot of boats that have pulled up and people out the front.”

Earlier last year, Derek Jeter sold his Tampa mansion for $22.5 million. However, Jeter’s mansion may now be in line to face demolition.
