NFL shared a video with the caption, “Aaron Rodgers takes the field holding the American flag.”

As hip-hop artist and actor Method Man took the stage to announce Rodgers’ name, the quarterback received thunderous applause, complemented by a mesmerizing laser light display.

On the anniversary of a deeply saddening incident, a message promoting togetherness was conveyed by the QB. This message added a sense of significance to his inaugural NFL appearance with the New York Jets, but unfortunately, a setback soon befell the rising star. Rodgers hurt his ankle, and according to reports, it can be an Achilles tendon injury. If it comes out to be the case, it will nip the NFL season in the bud for this him.

Rodgers, who had high hopes for this season, will be taken aback by this turn of events. However, fans will expect him to recover well and continue his journey that started with his entry filled with patriotism. MLB legend Alex Rodriguez remembered the day of the deadly attack by sharing an Instagram story, paying his respects to the affected and lost lives. Meanwhile, as the “Never Forget” echoed, Jennifer Lopez shared her thoughts with a caption “in remembrance” on the 22nd anniversary of the event. On the other hand, Tom Brady also added his thoughts to the space with a picture of a USA flag flying high.
