Derek Jeter and lavishness are synonymous. The former New York Yankees star is modest with his words but pompous in his actions. His ambitious association with real estate is not something to ignore. Speaking of NJ 08753, his 1548 N Bay Ave home, which is situated at Toms River, hones a breathtaking view of Castle Park. Owing to its architectural marvel and luxurious look, the mansion is up for sale, with a tag of $2,800,000. The cherry on top is the view of the Bey Lea Country Club from the backyard. Spanning over 2 acres of a picturesque landscape, this mansion consists of 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. But there’s a catch.
This is a single-family property. Not much of a concern one may think as a Renaissance-inspired mural amplifies the air of sophistication. As one steps in through the massive iron doorway, one masterpiece of a foyer welcomes one. Be it the kitchen, the granite countertop, or the tray-style ceiling, this home encompasses grandeur. All this serves as a reminder of Jeter and Hannah’s 58 Bahama Circle.
This Toms River property is a culmination of elegance and style quite like that of Jeter’s former asset, which Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ Tom Brady had temporarily rented. The 21,796-square-foot abode hit the market in 2020 September. This home has now completed its course.

The home, initially $7.7 million Tampa Bay home, was sold in 2021, a decade later for $22.5 million. This counts as one of the most expensive deals in the area as reported by Smith and Associates, the company that dealt with this listing. But St. Jetersburg will now be demolished.
As informed by Dave Jennings, an operations manager at the Tampa city council, to Insider, the residential demolition permission application was “pending electrical and gas sign-off” as of 2022. The future plan is that buyers plan to build two or three properties on the same lot given the exclusive neighborhood.
