Aaron Judge, the shining star and the embodiment of all that it means to be a Yankee, cemented his legacy with his historic 62 home runs in the 2022 season. He was honored with the AL MVP award, beating out tough competition from Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Angels and Yordan Alvarez of the Houston Astros.

At the award ceremony, Aaron took the stage to express his gratitude to those who have been with him every step of the way. He began by acknowledging the unwavering support of the New York Yankees organization, his teammates, coaches, and, most importantly, the city of fans. 

This is how he said it,  “The Yankees organization, my teammates, coaches, and most importantly the city of fans of New York. This passion really showed me that no matter what you’re trying to accomplish or anything you’re going through you’re never alone. You know, stepping up to the plate and seeing all of Yankee stadium on their feet phones out. You can kind of hear a pin drop. Pretty surreal moment. You guys have been with me every step of the way and I can’t thank you enough for every high and every low moment of the season. You guys were with us and help me put in this position.”

The phenom concluded his speech by congratulating all the other award winners and expressing his honor at sharing the stage with them.

Who he credits as his rock and greatest source of motivation. Her unwavering love and support have been the driving force behind his success. He thanked her for being there for him through thick and thin. 

Next, he honored his parents and the sacrifices they made while he was growing up. He emphasized that he would never forget their love and support. They always hold a special place in his heart.
