The MLB October campaign is going forward with remarkable events. As the season progresses towards the World Series, tables often turn for the teams, not always negatively, though. A similar incident fans witnessed at the Globe Life Field on Tuesday. The Texas Rangers have broken their decade-long streak of not qualifying for the ALCS. While this incident apparently has no connection to the New York Yankees, Captain Clutch used this to highlight the biggest problem of his former team.

After the catastrophic season ending of the Yankees, fans have been blaming the mismanagement of the team for everything. However, until Tuesday, Derek Jeter didn’t really participate in these discussions. But as the Rangers made a glorious comeback this year, the former Yankees captain couldn’t keep his calm and point out the management issues.

Since Captain Clutch joined the broadcasting role, fans got to know about his perspective regarding several issues. After the Ranger vs. the Orioles game ended, the MLB icon said managers are the important pillars of a team. He expressed, “Experienced managers matter as well. Once you gain, it?s gotta come from the top of the organization where you trust the managers to make the decisions.” Continuing the point further, he raised a question, “Otherwise, why have a manager?Though there’s no mention of the Yankees, fans took it as a jab towards Steinbrenner and Cashman.

The current Yankees are just the skeletons of what the team used to be during the time of Jeter. While the downfall started long ago, this year was the worst. Fans have been blaming the management for a long time and claim the firing of Boone and Cashman. While manager and GM are the two most important positions, Boone and Cashman failed them. The GM has made multiple wrong decisions that backfired pathetically. The expensive players of the team became the biggest burden this year. Also, fans highlighted the 2019 mistake of not chasing Bryce Harper as another worst decision. However, Hal Steinbrenner has always been indifferent to all these. He had his trust in Cashman for all these years. So, with Jeter’s statement now, fans hope it will probably reach to Cashman and Steinbrenner.

However, the Tuesday Rangers game was thrilling as they swept away the Orioles 7-1.

The Texas Rangers Broke Their 12-Year ALCS Curse

After 2011, the Rangers haven’t been qualified for the ALCS for more than a decade. However, after the 11-2 win in Game 2 against The Orioles, The Rangers again blew them off 7-1 in Game 3 and became the first team to qualify for the ALCS. Nathan Eovaldi was the hero of the night. He pitched seven incredible innings. However, Corey Seager and Adolis Garc?a well assisted him with their homers. Additionally, in the sixth innings, Nathaniel Lowe also contributed a solo-shot homer to the team’s win. Their effort successfully broke the curse the team was carrying for years.
