Being diagnosed with an unexpected lifelong condition is something that not all people could come to terms with. But the New York Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez has not only accepted his diagnosis but is also trying to power through. This is a strong mentality that the baseball legend is showing. Most recently, he put his all into fitness while on holiday. 

A-Rod and his family are currently enjoying a holiday in the Balkans. This comes just days after a big milestone in the family. But Rodriguez is focused on fitness even during his holiday, despite his recent diagnosis.

Alex Rodriguez was recently diagnosed with early-stage gum disease during a routine dentist appointment. But the Yankees legend has accepted his condition and is tackling it head-on. He spread awareness about the condition with an epic social media move and is currently holidaying in Europe. Most recently, he and his family took to the streets for a bicycle ride. Despite his recent diagnosis, A-Rod is continuing his fitness journey. His sister Susy Dunand shared a video of the Rodriguez clan riding bikes in an Instagram Story. 

A-Rod seems to be happy and moving on with his life while also dealing with his gum disease. The whole family was reportedly on a bicycle tour. They have spent time in Montenegro and Croatia, according to social media updates posted by various family members. Earlier in the holiday, they even enjoyed a dance party on a boat in the rain.

This holiday has come at the right time for A-Rod as he experiences many life changes. In addition to his recent diagnosis, his daughters are going through big milestones. He was recently left emotional but proud because of his older daughter Natasha’s massive milestone in life.

Alex Rodriguez is going through an emotional rollercoaster at the moment. His older daughter Natasha Rodriguez has recently graduated High School and is all set to go to college. The Yankees is a proud but emotional father as Natasha is going to attend the University of Michigan. A-Rod even broke down as he read a personal letter that he had written for his daughter.
