April is a busy time for sports; be it baseball, basketball, or even golf, almost every sport has a busy schedule this month. it’s a time when fans keep up with their favorite games. The regular season of MLB is in full swing, as well as the Masters’ Tournament for avid golf fans. Tiger Woods, arguably one of the most renowned names in the latter sport, is in what may be his last year at the tournament. He stumbled a little at yesterday’s game, barely making the cut after playing in bad weather. The game got delayed twice because of heavy rains as the golf greens began to gather water.
But the 47-year-old did make it after others dropped their shots. Aside from family and friends, Woods had a very special person cheering him on.
Alex Rodriguez supported his friend Tiger Woods from home

Alex Rodriguez is regarded as one of the greatest in baseball and in recent years, he has also become associated with golf. Though he doesn’t play much, he did express interest in this year’s Masters’ Tournament. And since A-Rod is friends with the golf legend, of course, he lent support to Woods. The former Yankee posted a story of his breakfast table and his current watch on his Instagram.
With what looked like a bowl of oatmeal topped with some fruits, as well as his signature cup of coffee in an A-Rod Corp mug, Rodriguez looked like he had a good morning. A screen to the left of the picture showed an ongoing drama, while a TV at the back showed the golf greens.

He captioned it, “Little breakfast, watching tiger + Queen of the South…” The last one is a popular Netflix crime drama based on La Reina del Sur, a novel by Arturo Pérez-Reverte. What a fun combination!

A-Rod is a big Woods fan
Woods is a big name in the sports world and has fans from various industries. A-Rod is undoubtedly one of them, and once spoke about his admiration for the golf superstar. Talking about last year’s tournament, A-Rod said on racing car driver Danica Patrick’s podcast, “I did, the Masters. I saw Tiger win. Epic story and great timing. In an era when we need togetherness, we need to think more collective thoughts as an industry, and as a country.”
