The ongoing MLB season has not been great for the New York Mets. Even after spending half a billion dollars on free agents, the Steven Cohen-owned team has struggled to get enough positive results. The Mets are stuck in the lower half of the NL East for weeks now, and every effort to improve has failed badly. The same has been the scenario in the trade market, as they failed to sign Shohei Ohtani. As it happened after the releasing Justin Verlander and Max Scherzer in a $200 million trade-off. It all led to criticism from all sectors, including the cross-sports world.

Though even after all this, there has been no extensive downfall in love for the Mets. The latest appearance of a WWE star, LA Knight, is another example. But given that his presence on the mound could not inspire the team to win, fans could not enjoy much. While reacting to it, they brought up varied problems on the surface.
