During a recent interview on the 20VC with the Harry Stebbings podcast, he opened up on his business, MLB career, and several other topics. A-Rod has said that he’s sitting back and watching what happens with the market.
During the podcast, A-Rod said, “I think our strategy in continuing to buy real estate assets. I’ve basically put a pause on everything and we’re sitting back and just watching and seeing where FED goes with interest rates.” He further said, “I think there’s still a disconnect between buyers and sellers. Sellers still think their asset is worth 10 bucks, and we think it’s worth three.”
