The 5x World Series champion Derek Jeter, now a businessman and baseball analyst, also holds the title of a doting family man. Jeter and his wife, Hannah Davis, married for seven years, have given fans few ‘aww’ moments with their tight-knit family. And every time Jeter and Hannah come together for a talk, it is nothing short of bliss. This time, the adorable husband-wife duo allowed a small sneak peek into their personal lives.

Derek Jeter’s Secret To Successfully Maintaining A Private Life

In an episode of The Messenger, Mike Vulpo was in conversation with the Jeters about sport, life, kids and all things personal. Hannah and Jeter opened up to talk about how life is with four little kids with a nod to Derek’s take on privacy. “There is power in privacy, cause’ what’s private can’t be taken away”, is what Jeter believes.

The couple is ‘not the one to post on Instagram’ or ‘go to the red carpet every week’. That’s just their way of life. Despite all laurels, the couple feels uncomfortable to be in the limelight. The 33-Year-Old, mother of 4 says, “..that’s just what has always felt natural to us”.

There is however a possibility that when the kids grow up, it would be challenging to contain them from the public eye. Jeter being, “We’re boring!” that really made his wife chuckle, leading them on to something adorable.

The couple went on a delightful tangent that started a jolly banter between one another. It is surprising to see them both share a common opinion about something so sweet.

Derek Talked About The Lesson Learnt About Parenting

Hannah called out her husband for sometimes being impatient. But certainly what appealed to her the most was how he transformed into a patient person, especially with his children. This adorably went on to become one of the most loved qualities about Derek.

There is no doubt that the 49-Year-Old is a doting father. Moreover, him believing that “there is no ’how to’ book” to parenting, says a lot about how free flowing he keeps his parenting strategies.
