Sir John’s favorite, Braves, recently clinched a playoff birth. Also, the team has won a century of games. It is at the top of the NL East, while they have lost only 59 games throughout this season. Meanwhile, the fans were overjoyed when Sir John halted his concert to congratulate his favorite baseball team.

What did Sir John say about his favorite team, Atlanta Braves?

Although the Mets and Braves both have clinched the playoff births this season. But, are still fighting for the division title. Rocket Man was having a concert, which he halted midway to appreciate the Braves for winning over the New York Mets to have a lead in the league. 

“Something that makes me very happy tonight, the Braves swept the Mets,” said Sir Elton John. Fans went crazy as soon as Sir John stopped the concert to tell the audience present about the reason for his happiness.

But the man showed his love for the Braves by literally stopping the concert midway to appreciate his team leading the league. And also, winning over the New York Mets.
