LA Angels superstar Shohei Ohtani has become the face of Major League Baseball. With his stunning performances in every other game, Ohtani has owned MLB in a brief time. Whether it is from the mound or the plate, the Japanese slugger is one of the best two-way players in MLB history.
His two-way game is so remarkable that baseball pundits often draw comparisons with the legendary Babe Ruth. Despite the Angels did not win a single trophy in the 2021 season, with his dominant and consistent display at the ballparks, Ohtani grabbed the American League MVP Award.

And just like the 2021 season, the Angels slugger has started the 2022 season with even better numbers. Recently, in an MLB game against the Boston Red Sox, he single-handedly led the Angels to register a dominant win against the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
Shohei Ohtani with his inch-perfect throw and hit
It has been just three-four years since Ohtani came from Japan and started ruling the biggest league of baseball. After watching him play in the 2021 season, many people also referred to Ohtani as a one-season wonder. And guess what? The Angels two-way phenom proved everyone wrong and even took his game to another high.
Recently, a video has been doing rounds on the internet. In the video, Ohtani is trying his hands at pitching and hitting. There are two water bottles in the ballpark. Ohtani, from the mound, threw an inch-perfect pitch and hit the bottle with the ball, while he hit another bottle with his perfect hit from the bat.
