There might not be a stop to the celebration for quite some time. After all, it’s the Astros second World Series win since they got established in 1962. Houston Astros’ World Series parade took place yesterday morning, and the United States Senator of Texas, Ted Cruz, also became a part of it.

The senator is working as a politician and attorney since 2013 and is a member of the Republican party. Prior to working as a senator, he served as Solicitor General of Texas from 2003 to 2008. But things at the parade didn’t go the way he wanted them to have gone.

The World Series parade of Houston Astros had a bump!

People were present at the parade to support and cheer for the Astros. But they did not keep their unlikeness for the senator hidden. They started booing and flipped him off as well.

If this was not enough, someone from the crowd also threw a can of beer at him. It didn’t hit him because someone from the senator’s side came forward and threw it aside.

When all this was happening, the senator maintained a smile on his face and kept on waving as he moved forward with the parade. The reason why the senator was on the parade is not clear, but maybe he wanted to be present as the state’s team brought the World Series Trophy home.

The Astros have remained dominant throughout the postseason as they swept up the Mariners and the Yankees to reach the World Series.

How did the internet react to it?
