Baseball is back in Mexico City after a long time. After the two-game series of Houston Astros vs. Los Angeles Angels in 2019, MLB is taking it back to Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium. This time, it’s the San Diego Padres vs the San Francisco Giants, and the fans are hyped.

In addition to some American fans flying in to watch their favorite teams, a lot of Mexican fans also attended Saturday’s game. The country’s immense popularity and fantastic performance at the World Baseball Classic this year may have affected things. Mexico made it to the semi-finals, but the undefeated Japanese team scored yet another victory over them. However, it was still a solid performance and baseball has gained more popularity. As such, this year’s guests at the Padres vs Giants game included UFC star Brandon Moreno. And he came bearing gifts.
