Another questioned Rodney Peete about what he had done. Rodney Peete?? Wtf.” During the Tokyo Series Game 2, the Dodgers top prospect, Landon Knack, pitched a ball that was hit hard by Ian Happ, reaching out to the stands. The former NFL quarterback making that catch, sitting next to his wife, really blew the fans’ minds! Especially when he was seen in the Dodgers blue! Really!

One fan took a funny dig at him on X, Rodney Peete lmao. Can’t wait for the guys to make fun of him.” Some are thinking that catching a foul ball might turn him into an element joke. Will it?

Another X user has shared a sensible reaction, citing, They put the netting in place because MLB is soft; anyway, players should not be allowed to use the netting as leverage to make a catch or a play on a ball.” The netting seems to have placed MLB as being soft on the players. But now, fans are suggesting that no player should consider a way to make the catch perfectly or even play on that ball.
