These are the songs that are played when a hitter or an ace is walking up to the plate or the mound. With the growth of hip-hop in recent years, many players have chosen songs like this to pump them up before they show their talent on the diamond.

And Drake, being the hip-hop icon, has 23 of his tracks used as walk-up songs by MLB players. Which is by far the most than any other artist from the entertainment world. And since such an achievement is worth celebrating, the Blue Jays took it upon themselves to crown their star. Hence, while replying to this milestone of Drake’s, Jays on Twitter crowned the Canadian-born rapper with the emoticon of a Goat. 

Considering the numerous achievements by Drake in the entertainment industry and now an MLB milestone, the iconic rapper probably deserves such a title, at least that is what the Jays believe.

The award-winning rapper is a huge fan of the Jays 

In the past, despite being a native of Toronto, Drake has pledged allegiance to an MLB team other than the Jays. However, as time passed, his fondness for the Jays increased tenfold. And now, Drake has done everything in his hands to make the Jays as famous as possible. Which includes his music festival’s product specially cured to give a hint of the Jays in majors. 

Notably, the product was an absolute hit among Drake and the Jays fans, selling out earlier than the team thought.
