It was an eventful day at Camden Yards yesterday. The Baltimore Orioles finally took a victory against the Toronto Blue Jays and are maintaining the second position in their division. Things have been going the O’s way this season, especially after Aaron Hicks’ arrival at their clubhouse. Talking about their recent game, apart from the victory over the Jays, what caught everyone’s eyes was the arrival of some interesting guests at Camden Yards. Notably, Ugandan baseball prodigy Kasumba Dennis was also present at the game.

But it was not Kasumba who stole the show, who attended his first MLB game after struggling to get to the US. It was two more spectators in the ballparks stole the show at the stadium. Watching baseball is a tradition unique to each family, but two people made other fans present there believe in time travel!

People show up at sports games in all kinds of outfits, whatever they see best. From casual to business, everything is ‘normal’. But formal suits reminiscent of eras bygone? Perhaps not. Yet, that’s exactly what two fans did at the Orioles ballpark yesterday. Talkin’ Baseball shared a clip from the Baltimore team’s official Twitter, which shows two men in business attire that is not necessarily from this decade.

While the man walking in front wears a white shirt with dark suspenders and a bright tie, the one at the back wears a slightly oversized jacket with an equally big tie. What draws the attention of fans around them, however, is their glasses and phones. They’re no ordinary props – the phones look like they came straight out of the 80s, the giant clunky things. As for the glasses, the accessories were probably considered ‘futuristic’ in movies from the previous decades!

Fans certainly had a field day mocking them with teasing comments about time travel.

One thought they were scouting Kasumba Dennis!

Most mocked the business suits and the way the men are walking importantly, as if in a hurry to get to a meeting. Even the host says, “Okay what’s happening right now? Very important phone call?” So!

Some likened the phones to the one Zack Morris from Saved By The Bell uses in the iconic clip!
