It is not a good sign for the Yankees, given that there is an entire season to play. The objective of signing Rodon on a deal worth $55 Million from the Giants will fail at the rate. It is also not ideal for Rodón, who had a great last season. Rodon had finished the 2022 season with a win-loss record of 14-8. He also claimed 237 strikeouts with a WHIP of 1.03 against an ERA of 2.88.

It will be crucial for both parties to find a perfect solution to this situation. Will the Yankees find an answer soon or not? Only time will tell.
