After conquering the American League with sheer dominance, the Houston Astros reached the postseason. Even the postseason turned out to be a simple cakewalk for them as they swept the Seattle Mariners in the ALDS and the Yankees in the ALCS.  Although they did face some competition in the World Series, the Philadelphia Phillies also failed to tackle past the mighty Astros.
