While some fans believed that this was just a medium to get on the friendly side of hostile Yankee fans, others looked at this as a heartwarming display to entertain the crowd on a rather dull night. Some other fans simply compared the Guardians playing football to the NFL’s Cleveland Browns.
This is how fans reacted to this wholesome gesture by the Guardians’ Myles Straw and Will Brennan.

Ya gotta love how, despite the player being a visitor in a do-or-die playoff game, they can have some wholesome fun with the fans.

Notably, after the decider game five got suspended due to bad weather, the New York Yankees will take on Cleveland Guardians tonight at Yankee Stadium.
Who will fill the remaining Championship Series slot?
The National League Division Series witnessed a pair of surprising results with the qualification of San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies, who defeated the reigning NLCS pair, Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers. Therefore, the National League will house an underdog World Series appearance through either the Padres or the Phils.
On the other hand, the American league was home to a very predictable Houston Astros qualification, who humiliated the Mariners with an embarrassing 3-0 clean sweep.
